803 NORTH PALM CANYON DESIGN & BUILD
803 NPC is all new construction from the ground up and in this case we were the owners/developer/and builder. 803 NPC is in the heart of the Uptown Design District on North Palm Canyon Dr. in Palm Springs. The project is a ground-up mixed-use project that consists of 12 residential Loft units, 3,500 S.F. of commercial/retail space, and a parking garage.
The first level is poured in place concrete and the upper 2 levels that contain the residential units is framed/stucco. We designed the units to be luxury condo’s and the level of finish is very high and includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a large use of tile in multiple materials, and extensive low voltage lighting. The building is destined to be an iconic building in uptown Palm Springs.
